Tim Paulding - Teaching Pastor
Tim began serving as the teaching pastor of Grace Church of Rootstown in the summer of 2022. He moved with his wife (Hope) and two youngest daughters (Abby and Anna), from Southern California, having graduated in 2021 with a Master of Divinity degree from The Master’s Seminary (TMS). Tim has been married since 1992 to Hope who shares with him five children and three grandchildren, all of whom live in Ohio.
Prior to seminary, Tim was an active-duty United States Air Force physician. He retired in 2018 after 25 years of service. Tim enjoys long-distance running, reading, and most outdoor activities. He continues to pursue a Master of Theology degree through distance learning at TMS. Both Tim and Hope are certified with the Association of Certified Biblical Counselors. They are grateful for God’s kindness in allowing them to serve Jesus Christ at Grace Church of Rootstown.
