Grace Church, along with Medina Bible Church, will be hosting a two day biblical counseling conference with Dr. John Street. This conference will take place at Grace Church on November 1 and 2. Dr. Street will address how the word of God is sufficient for a believer to counsel another believer who is struggling with any issue of life.
Dr. Street is a professor of biblical counseling at The Master’s University and Seminary, and he serves as the chairman of the Masters of Arts in Biblical Counseling program. Prior to coming to this program, he has served as an assistant professor at both Cedarville and Cornerstone Universities and has taught Hebrew classes. He was the founding pastor of Clearcreek Chapel in Springboro, Ohio, where there was developed a strong preaching and counseling ministry as well as a training center with a special emphasis in equipping church leaders and pastors. He completed seminary at Grand Rapids Baptist Seminary, and earned his doctoral degree from Westminster Theological Seminary in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
John serves as an elder at Grace Church in Los Angeles, CA and serves as co-pastor of the Joint Heirs fellowship group. John and his wife, Janie, have four children and six grandchildren.

Registration includes lunch on Saturday. Each advance registration will receive a counseling resource book. Children, High School and College Students are free with at at least one parental registration.
